El botón «Try it with your camera» es opcional y tu navegador te pide permiso.

English

This notice explains how your personal data is handled when you join the Nodi early access waitlist, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 20, 2025). The Spanish version above has the same content.

1. Who is responsible

The person responsible for your personal data is Adrián Salazar Rodríguez, an individual (persona física), in Mexico.

Address for notices: Boulevard Antonio L. Rodríguez 3080, Torre Balzac, piso 9, oficinas A902 a A905, Col. Santa María, C.P. 64650, Monterrey, Nuevo León, México

Contact: adrian.salazar@contradicciones.ai

2. What we collect

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, images, audio, or information about your home.

When we download submissions to a computer we own in Mexico, we keep only your email, the date and your checkbox answers; we do not keep the IP or the browser. The submission is then deleted from Netlify.

3. Why we use your data

Necessary purposes (without them we cannot keep you on the list):

Optional purpose: sending you occasional updates about Nodi. To refuse, leave the “Send me occasional updates” box unticked when you sign up. If you already ticked it, you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing at baja.html or with the link in each email. Refusing does not affect your place on the list.

How long: we keep your data while you stay on the list. If you unsubscribe, we delete it (see section 7).

4. Netlify, our processor in the United States

Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this site and receives the form submissions on our behalf, as a processor (encargado). It handles them under its service agreement and data processing agreement (DPA), to provide the service to us. This is a handover to a processor, not a transfer to a third party for its own purposes.

Submissions stay on Netlify only briefly: they are downloaded to a computer we own in Mexico and then deleted from Netlify. Netlify may check submissions with anti-spam filters (Akismet is among its sub-processors) and use technical data about how its service is used under its own terms and privacy statement.

We do not sell your email or share it with third parties for their own purposes, except the transfer in section 6 if you choose to accept it.

5. Visits, cookies and camera mode

As the site’s host, Netlify receives the IP address and technical data of every visit in order to serve the pages. We do not use cookies or analytics on this site, and no advertising or trackers.

The “Try it with your camera” button is optional and your browser asks for permission. Camera mode runs in your browser: your video and hand data are not sent to us or to anyone else. The recognition model is served from this page itself (not from a third party), and the page is set up so it cannot connect to other sites.

6. Transfer to a future company

The list may pass to the company (sociedad mercantil) that I set up to develop and market Nodi, for the same purposes.

This is optional: you accept it with the form’s checkbox (unticked by default). If you leave it unticked, your email will not pass to any company without asking for your consent first, and your place on the list does not change. If you tick it, the company must respect this notice and use your data only for those same purposes; any different purpose would need your new consent.

7. Your rights (ARCO), withdrawal and unsubscribing

You can access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), withdraw your consent, and ask us to limit its use.

If you unsubscribe, we delete your email from the list and from our database. We keep only a minimal record of the request (date, type and reply) so we can show we handled it.

8. Adults only (18+)

The list is only for people aged 18 or older. By ticking “I am 18 or older” you declare that you are; we do not verify it. If we learn that someone under 18 signed up, we will delete their record.

9. Changes to this notice

We will post any change on this page with a new date. If a change affects the purposes or the transfer, we will email the address you registered and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again before applying it to your data.

10. If you think we did not respect your rights

You have the right to go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), the authority for personal data protection in Mexico. You can file a written complaint at its document reception desk: Av. Insurgentes Sur 1735, Guadalupe Inn, Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01020, Mexico City (9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.). In general you have 15 business days from our reply; if we did not reply, you can go at any time.
